You may already have seen one of my posters around town advertising my new boxercise class, but if you haven’t here’s all the info you will need to know in order to attend:

When? Class starts on Tuesday January 6th 2009 and is for one hour starting at 7.30pm. It will be on every Tuesday from then on.

Where? The class is going to be held and Worlds End Pavilion in Wivelsfield in Burgess Hill, West Sussex. For those of you who are not familiar with this centre, it is 1 minutes walk from Wivelsfield train station and is situated around 30 yards into Janes Lane. If you came out of Wivelsfield station, go right and walk past the shops, at the mini roundabout go left and then Janes lane is immediately on the right and Worlds End Pavillion is on the right around 30 yards into Janes Lane.

For those of you coming by car there is free parking at the site and is opposite the garage/mini petrol station in Janes Lane.

How much?    Amazingly I can offer you 1 hours class of Boxercise for just £5 per person. This is a fantastic price when you consider the workout you will be getting from a very experienced Personal Trainer. And as an added incentive to come along to try it out, on class night I will give you information on how to make it even cheaper for you from time to time.
